Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nebula ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Nebula is operated by Nebula ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

Nebula is a dream journal application that allows you to record dream descriptions, generate AI artwork from your dreams, and receive psychological interpretations inspired by Jungian analysis. The service includes:

• Voice-to-text dream recording
• AI-generated dream artwork in multiple art styles
• Dream interpretation and archetype analysis
• Dream journaling and pattern tracking

Nebula is not a medical or therapeutic service. Dream interpretations are generated by AI for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Nebula. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Credits

New users receive a limited number of free credits for premium features (dream visualization, interpretation, and archetype insights). Once free credits are exhausted, a subscription is required for continued access to premium features. Basic journaling remains free.

Subscription Plans

Nebula offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Billing terms are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nebula only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, subscription checks, or other security measures
• Use automated tools to access the service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Share, resell, or redistribute content generated by the App for commercial purposes
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

User Content

You retain ownership of the dream descriptions and text you submit to Nebula. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (transcription, image generation, and interpretation).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not monitor or review user content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

Artwork and interpretations generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You may use AI-generated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing on social media, personal wallpapers). Commercial use of generated content is not permitted without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Nebula and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Nebula available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Nebula and delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

If you have an active subscription, cancellation of your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your store account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
